Welcome to Print In Ahmedabad ("we," "us," or "our"). This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and cancellations are processed for our print-on-demand services.
1. Refund Policy
Order Cancellation (Before Shipment): You may cancel your order before it is shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at printinahmedabad@gmail.com as soon as possible. If the cancellation is successful, a full refund will be issued(Print On Demand Order not allowed to be cancle).
Order Cancellation (After Shipment): Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Return Policy for information on returning shipped items.
Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 1 days of receiving the order. We may request photos of the damaged or defective items to assess the issue. A replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion.
2. Cancellation Policy
Print-on-Demand Orders: Our products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand services. Once an order enters the production process, it cannot be canceled.
3. Return Policy
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at printinahmedabad@gmail.com. You may be required to provide proof of purchase and, in some cases, return the item to us.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.
Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
